H. Thompson Smith - Chairman of the Board - Ponte Vedra Beach, Fl.
 
Tom is retired as President of The Trane Company, one of the world's largest industrial
companies. He also has held the position of Senior Vice President of American Standard Inc. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Trane, American
Standard, and Chairman and/or a Board Member of over a dozen public and private companies in the US and abroad. Currently, he is the Managing Partner of SEPTA Associates, a private investment and consulting firm and a General Partner of Rutledge Partners, II - a private equity firm.

He is an engineering graduate of Tulane University and completed his formal business education at Columbia University. He has been a Visiting Professor in Business at the Stetson University in Deland, Florida and currently serves on their summer faculty at the University of Innsbruck in Austria.

Tom has been active in many civic, cultural and religious activities serving as Chairman of the Board of the Trinity Mother Francis Health System, the East Texas Communities Foundation, the Chamber of Commerce and been a Board member of the Texas Research League, The Texas Association of Taxpayers, the East Texas Hospital Foundation, the Salvation Army, the United Way, the University of Texas (Tyler), the University of Texas Health Science Center, the TISD Foundation, Discovery Place, the Economic Development Council, the Drug Free Business Initiative, Union Theological Seminary and the Presbyterian School of Christian Education. 


George L. Mackay -Vice Chairman of the Board & Secretary - Maitland, FL. 
A native of Florida and an engineering graduate of the University of Florida, George
linked a very successful business career to an abiding commitment of service to his fellow man. George's career started with corporate giant P&G, but he moved back to Florida to became Managing Partner of a family business, one of the largest citrus operations in Florida. He later became President of Unique Electronics, a manufacturer of wiring for military aircraft and missiles. He was a founder of Premiere Communications, a very successful public company specializing in long distance debit cards. He has been a Director several private and public corporations. George continues to be active with business interests in farming and resort development.

George Mackay has been visibly involved in church, public and social service related activism in the Orlando area. Among his activities, George serves on the Board of Directors of the Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida, the Haiti Fund, as Outreach Chairman for the Presbytery (PCUSA) of Central Florida, and the President of a private charitable foundation.


Paul W. Morgan - Vice Chairman & Treasurer - Altamonte Springs, FL 
An Aeronautics Engineer by profession, Paul is a graduate of Georgia Tech. He began his career in engineering and management working for several of our nation's largest defense and aerospace corporations. Later, Paul became owner, founder and
CEO of Engineering Technology, Inc., whose business was to design, engineer, prototype fabrication and test many special and unconventional technologies
used by the counterterrorism, bomb disposal and military special operations communities. He sold ETI to General Dynamics Inc. in 2004.

Paul is very involved iin his community as Chairman, Board of Directors of Every Kid Outreach serving the underprivileged in the Orlando suburb of Eatonville, FL.;
President of a private charitable foundation, a Board member of the Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida and a member of the Board of Directors of the Haiti Fund. He is an accomplished outdoors man, participating in competitive motor sports, mountaineering expeditions, ultra-marathon running, rock climbing, backpacking, canoeing and motorcycling.
